decent stay, some issues

small room ineffective soundproofing

the hotel is close to metro stations making travel easy. a laundromat across the street was also convenient.

The room felt quite small. i also found that soundproofing was not very effective. Noise from the stairs and other guests was audible. staff did not replace shampoo and cleanser properly.

charmed stay near pyrénées metro

clean room nice furniture convenient metro helpful staff

The room was clean and nicely furnished. I found the bed quite comfortable. the hotel is near the metro. It was super convenient for getting around. staff was accommodating. They lent me a european converter for my stay. i highly recommend this place, even though it's not right in the center of things.

The thermostat in my room seemed stuck. I couldn't adjust it from 20 degrees.

Service

The staff was friendly. They promptly addressed my queries. i noticed the front desk offered a luggage storage service for early arrivals and late departures. also, they provided directions to nearby attractions. They were very helpful.

Rooms

The classic double room had air conditioning and a mini bar. the bathroom featured good lighting. The shower had great water pressure. it was equipped with comfortable towels, though the room was somewhat small though.
